On the day it was reassuring that the RTS guys had the event hire all under control – helping us with pre entered and on the day entries. RTS understand what we need to make race day run smoothly. The service we receive before, during and after our events definitely make us feel like a long-term valued client. The calm and professional manner of the RTS team helps us to keep our heads during the busy buildup to the start of the race. When i booked RTS Event Hire to cover the event hire for the Portsmouth Coastal Half Marathon in Feb 2011 I was very impressed with the overall quality of their work. So impressed I have now booked them for our next 4 events and in the process have reduced my overall workload and have the peace of mind that they will do a fantastic job again and again. Merlin Cycle Sports Ltd has used RTS Event Hire for the past 5 years. When we started with Dennis it was just for the event hire service, however we soon realised how much work Dennis and his team could do for us. It is fair to say that working with RTS Event Hire has reduced our workload at the critical time leading up to an event and equally has professionalised our process. We now contract RTS Event Hire to organise our on line purchase, our event event hire, Arch hire, allocation of numbers, presentation of race packs and PA systems. We start working with RTS Event Hire 8 months before the event takes place. There is constant feedback about event take-up and we are able to mail shot our customers through RTS Event Hire management page. The payment of fees is conducted monthly and in a very professional way which our accountant has praised. Leading up to the event the team work with us to bespoke the numbers for the riders and prepare all race packs for us to distribute. This has saved us so much time and stress. Post event the team are still available to publish the event times and sort out disputes with riders. We have been promoting events for over 25 years and in that time have never seen a company so well organised as RTS Event Hire. For 2015 we have 6 sportive events all of which are supported by RTS Event Hire. I strongly recommend RTS Event Hire to event organisers. Their service is second to none.

The results were available immediately and even where we identified an error that we has made on the entry data, it was calmly and efficiently rectified. They’re experience helped identify potential errors in this data and they were able to suggest options of what might have gone wrong. They are very punctual and a real pleasure to work with.

RTS Event Hire were the only company (out of four) to reply, I think this was due to our event being a small school event. They were so helpful right from my enquiry until the feedback after the event. They were always contactable and the support on the day was fantastic. We’ve used race event hire solutions at our loveswimrun open water swimming events, The Big Welsh Swim and The Big Bala Swim, and have been blown away by the level of professionalism, enthusiasm and care that all their members of staff give. They are super organised, really friendly and the mat system they use seems simple and flawless. The chips are on comfortable neoprene bands that secure well. We have only had one lost chip at our events and suspect that was down to user error! wink In comparison to other mat event hire providers the service they offer is a very reasonable price. We are looking forward to welcoming RTS Event Hire to our future swimming events and would highly recommend them.

RTS Event Hire (RTS) provided chip event hire services for the West Suffolk Triathlon 2018 and they were a pleasure to work with. The price of their service represents good value, they were proactive in contacting me before the race and easy to communicate with. On the day I found Dennis to be very knowledgable, efficient and professional. He made me feel relaxed that the chip event hire was under control and everything ran smoothly with no major issues.
